Mind Your Language

Every language essentially must carry a script to be worth the name. It also has and are associated with a history, sometimes its’ own. Languages have to depend upon people, and time. Their usage is for communication purposes, but preserving often depends upon the literature they are able to create.

Every language is susceptible to changes, and more often giving birth to different dialects. This vulnerability has often proved fatal, and a number of ancient languages have moved into the back-room, and retired. A language is noted by the popularity it is able to gain, more than aesthetics, or ability.

The origin of languages in different parts of the world at different times, have been guided by the values and necessities of those particular periods and time. This is a vast subject, and which we will touch upon every now and then as required

Necessity is the mother of all Inventions

This is universally true, and definitely applicable to the birth of any language. As humans we have had the ability to create languages for our communication purposes, and we have managed to do a terrific job out of this requirement.

Our literature, including audio, video and other multimedia expressions stand as witness to the efforts we have pooled in for the purpose. We have not only achieved what we wanted, but have been able to turn this into a grand success.

Language & Literature

They have always moved together. In fact, Literature has been the only way any language has been able to preserve itself. The main purpose of a language basically is to enable communication. With time, and the requirements, it often changes form; and if does not, chances are that it may soon die.

Literature helps. It has been an ideal way of preserving any language in the main format. Literature has played a very important role in the development, and enrichment of any language. Without literature, communications and languages would simply be lost without a trace.

Minding our language, we will try to learn more about them and the types that are available to man.

Un-till then, we have something to chew on.
